Anyone know how to solve the device authentication warning message? I'm not receiving the activation code and when I contact their support, there isn't any help from them. No notification that they have received the request or they are working on to resolve it.
This usually seems to happen when your IP address changes when logging into the site, usually the activation code is sent to the email you signed up your membership with, sometimes it can appear in your spam/junk folder
