has mike john essentially stopped shooting again? i know he has a specific thread about his return but that has not been updated in about a year. this is def. a more active thread and it pertains to jules jordan site as a whole. its been months since i ve seen a JJ members scene that appears to have been shot by mike. does anyone know whats up? there are a fair amount of updates in the jules jordan member area so i may have missed one or two.

^You statement tends to make it difficult to offer suggestions. I mean I enjoy Lex as a performer but I wouldn't say that he is extra ordinary but then again I wouldn't claim that about most performers. Do you enjoy any of his videos? If not , then don't bother looking for stuff that he's in. There are plenty of other performers to choose from. Fewer black men these days but plenty if you go back further.

In my opinion, Lex should not be questioned and evaluated now, 10+ years after his prime. Prime Lex was an absolute top talent in the 2000s and is rightly considered a legend. Of course, age brings its own shortcomings, but I don't think it's fair to throw them at him now in 2024. Nevertheless, even in his old age I still find Lex more interesting than all those boring, pale average Joes....who kill 90% of all scenes for me.

Unfortunately, I think it is no longer possible to search for pairings on iafd. So I can't say exactly what the titles were called and in which year they were published. Anyway, I was and still am a huge fan of the Lex/Lisa Ann anal scenes...from the early 2010s I think. Before that there were very, very good anal scenes with Tori Black, Kristina Rose, Jada Stevens, Claire Dames or Eva Angelina. All scenes from the Lex the Impaler series and other JJV movies.
Many will say - but Prime Lex was even earlier, Mercenary Pictures movies and so on. I wouldn't disagree, but I didn't think those movies were well crafted (camera and lighting). I think the Lex JJV movies around the late 2000s and early 2010s are worlds better. For me, these are almost perfect scenes. Girls I liked, a male talent who also looked like a porn talent and top notch work behind the camera - no longer exist in 2024, with very few exceptions.
Why I liked Lex a lot - well, girls having anal sex with a big cock that can stay hard is just a porn fantasy of mine. And what Lex brought to the table back then no longer exists today....maybe Damion Dayski, who unfortunately is hardly ever booked outside of OF.
Very simple...He is a legend in the porn biz and still can bang despite his best years has passed....He is sitll in my TOP5 among male performers currently.

I was never a big Lex fan, but check out some of his early stuff (2000ish) with Aurora Snow or Belladonna. That's more a reflection on how awesome they were than he is (imo) but there's some gold there. Phoning it in on reputation is what it seems to me now.
people as in fans in general are not all that obsessed with him in modern times. its jules and mike john who are obsessed with him\20 year buddies and they are the ones that produce the bulk of the content for the jules jordan brand currently. so we are stuck with him whether still great or not because he is in the boys club with all the directors for the jules jordan imprint.
does anyone know if the new ass factory imprint scenes are being compiled and released on dvd? even though it would be the same price or only marginally cheaper i would be willing to buy 1 new ass factory dvd a month until i am caught up rather than adding another subscription to my already bloated web subscription roster. i know a few times a year the normal jules jordan imprint releases some physical dvds of the newly shot scenes but i have seen nothing of this from ass factory yet.
Out of curiosity, why would you be looking for DVD's that contain SD resolution and quality when you can join the site to download the scenes in 4K, put them on a thumb drive and watch in much better resolution on a TV?
I know you said you don't want another web subscription but that just seems asinine to me, plus you don't have to wait months to get a scene on DVD that was just released on the website in 4K.
4k scenes are no use for me. i have average eyes and am in my 40's. i cant properly even see the difference. im one of those people who walks into a room and cant tell if you are watching a movie on a blu ray or a dvd. both look ok to me. not to mention the excessive file size and some of my viewing hardware *laptop monitor* bedroom tv are not even 4k so the resolution would not even be displayed correctly. also i have talked briefly on here about how i am a huge physical media collector. i enjoy holding the dvd case.viewing the artwork. displaying the media on my shelves. so yes, dvds have just average standard picture quality not disputing that but as someone who doesnt mind standard definition and a huge physical media collector i still enjoy DVDs.
just wondering do you watch 4k content? do you watch it on a 4k tv or 4k computer monitor? if you say tv what size tv? you need to be within 5 feet of a 55 inch tv to even be able to see 4k detail. its shocking how close you have to be to such giant screens. the lack of comfort would not even be worth it in my opinion. its all over reddit and other forums how the average 4k viewer is viewing the material wrong and not seeing a single benefit because of improper viewing distance.
^ LMAO! Don't believe everything you read on Reddit! Where I can I always download in 4K and tend to watch on a 4K TV from a normal distance and there's a big difference from standard definition. Also film my own personal videos in 4K and the difference when editing is huge.
it will say right on your tv manufacturers website. i could not believe it either but its true. essentially 50 inch tv you have to be within 5 feet. 60 inch tv 6 feet. the first number generally should match the maximum amount of feet you can be seated to actually be able to pick up 4k with the human eye. so a normal person like me or you would need a 100 inch tv to actually see the 4k detail. knowing this i really wish i would have invested in a 4k computer monitor over a tv.
click on "for 4k models" and it will open up a chart showing exactly what i said. that is sony's official website. for some reason off of google it took me to their middle east division but it is part of the official sony website.
^ First of all......without all this stuff off manufacturer websites I can see a tangible difference when watching 4k, so much so that I've taken the trouble to go back and re-download scenes in 4K that I had in lower resolution. I've also tried downloading the same scene at different resolutions and I can tell them apart. Secondly.....it clearly states 'the distances below are the MINIMUM distances for your reference. Please adjust these distances according to your personal preferences and the layout of your living space' i.e. the closest you should be NOT "essentially 50 inch tv you have to be WITHIN 5 feet"!
TBH....if you prefer for whatever personal reason to buy the DVD version then good luck to you. I personally switched from buying DVDs because a) the fill up a huge amount of space b) by joining a site periodically I can download a huge amount of content very cheaply c) when I download from a website I usually get a ton of quality pics from each scene to amuse me instead of the few you get on a DVD cover.

I don't want to say anything wrong and I'm happy to be corrected - but JJ is his own biggest fan and only shoots scenes with himself or the other guy in his weight class. All the Lex scenes are more from Mike John, aren't they?
This is a new scene she shot recently, I have to give Jules credit for making this possible, I honestly didn't think it was possible for her to come back.
