I think in my mind there are two different types of "unplanned anal" and one is way more common than the other....One is actually doing it on screen with no warning...happens but rare, dangerous, and by the most strict definition, non-consensual.
The second, like in Danielle's case, is producers or directors hiding it away until talent is on set, then applying pressure to do it day off and agree to it pre-scene. To me, this still counts as unplanned because the talent didn't make proper prep and is usually doing it for fiscal gain or due to pressures of kill fees and lost scenes....especially with a company that does only newbies like Backroom casting stuff.
