| driven Member 73 Posts 9/03 |  Posted - Sep 10 2004 : 6:19PMthe service was excellent, and although i havent watched the video i ordered yet, i was surprised to see the professional style dvd holder, courteous email notifications, and a pretty packing slip along with fast order fulfillment, shipping, and careful packing. I was also very happy with my order thru shot at home (although i didn't get a pretty dvd case--but that's not important to me). also: both pixies and shot at home make explicit that they value and protect your privacy (a must for me to order). so this brings me to my point: The service at the generic adult stores I shop from lately has been not so good. My regular online store (xonair) has all kinds of problems I don't want to begin to go into. Other stores won't do mail orders, some ship the stuff like they tossed it into a box and slapped on some tape in a hurry (giving the impression that no care was used in its packing), still others literally take a week to send the stuff and it wasn't on back order (no kidding), even others don't follow their own customer/store policies listed on their website--bring this fact to their attention and they change the policy, nevermind honoring it to those who ordered before the change. If you're at all interested in amateur, check out pixies and/or shot at home. The great service leaves you feeling good and interested in purchasing more (which is more than I can say for the regular stores as of late). [Link] |

It's makes me sad sometimes to hear people put down small studios and stores like ours and compare them to the larger companies, but there is one thing they leave out ... we take care of our customers because they REALLY mean something to us and always will. Scotty may not be he best camera man ( I would love to see any other 54yo guy hold a cammera stright while he's taping me! - ROLOL!! ) and I may not take it in the ass, but at least we don't poop on the very people that pay our bills - I said this before - we will NEVER Be Number One, but we will stand proud everyday and do our best knowing it's guys like you, eyeman, flash, Dick ( and all the others ) that make us want to work harder. Sturdy multi layered packaging that you think you'll never get to the centre off. Pleasant and professional service. What's not to like? For some reason Denmark wasn't on their list of countries on the checkout screen, but that got fixed in a couple of minuttes on a Sunday. Yay, Mandi.

I'm bypassing their server in the future. I just wanted to make sure that your server wasn't the one dumping mails. That could have been bad for business. Why... Reeallly???Well I'll be...
