Preach it! That is also my opinion, and has always been my main opinion. The idea that "porn" somehow operates under different circumstances than most other businesses, and is thus exempt from all laws and regulations, has never stood well with me. If porn wants to stand as a legal business, and I'm talking strictly California right here, then it has to follow at least "some" rules, and I certainly think discrimination is one of them. The outright and rampant discrimination within the porn industry has never stood well with me, and I'll never stop addressing it.

You sir are the winner of 2010 "Most Delusional Post on ADT" award. Congratulations.
lol
Except, in reality porn girls don't work with porn guys. They are having sex with them as a part of their artistic expression. Do the amateur girls have to have sex with blacks too?
A list of top 10 porn performers that doesn't include Jenna Jameson and Tera Patrick? Laughable.
Vivid does hire black male performers. In fact they are overrepresented compared to their share in the general population. On the other hand some other companies don't hire non-black males at all. No black performer has any problem with this whatsoever. THEY need to sort their shit out before they start pointing their fingers at companies that simply make part of their movies for white guys who simply want to see guys looking like them having sex with hot girls and repsect performer's right to choose who she wants to have sex with.
Porn does operate under different circumstances than most other businesses. You are not normally allowed to have sex for money.

Who exactly does Vivid hire that's Black? Or Digital Playground? Or Wicked? Or Brazzers? Those companies are notorious for refusing to hire Blacks. Which is why those Black companies exist in the first place.
So there's nothing to sort out on their side as they're responding to the lack of work from anglo companies.
Thus it is instead those companies that need to sort out their discriminatory behavior.

I just wanted to drop this, did you know LA Dircet only have two black performer on there list over 146 performer. I bet you they are treated as hell over there because you know who is againt IR and alot of people who enjoy IR hate him. Pluse when is it rue that black woman get paid less for doing black on black porn and IR with an white man? Just want to ask a question because most companies that shoot IR like WCP, Jules Jordan Video, Black Ice, and Evil Angel, and EV does shoot mostly BM/WF IR. It also sad that porn still have raciam againt black people, not just perfomer, people who work behind the scene who aren't performer feel the same way. Sure we have a black man in the white house but right now he is getting so much shit from people because he is black.
BTW did you know the NBA doesn't have alot of white amercian player, most of the white player are european because unlike american basktball player they turn pro at 15.

By no means have I read all the posts above me, but I agree for 1000% with Nimrod.
....and I'm not white either.
For me it's very simple.
A girl white or black has the right to do with HER body what SHE wants to do.
This is a right protected by (international) law.
She does NOT have to have a FAIR reason for doing or NOT doing something with HER body.
Even if she explicitly would say on camera, on paper, that she does NOT want to work with blacks because she does NOT feel attracted to blacks, and that she would feel disgusted if she got penetrated by blacks, then that's her right to SAY and DO so.
Would this make the girl a racist...you damn sure.
Should a woman's decision for not wanting a black schlong up her ass be punishable by law?
Hellllllllllllll, no.
Would we legally want to have the possibility to coerce a porn star to work with black, thereby relinquishing a person's (read: her) (international) rights in regards to the integrity of the human body?
Helllllllllll, no.
DOING this would make a country RAPISTS!!!!!!
RAPISTS of racists, but nevertheless RAPISTS!!!!!
Porn law, am I not making sense?
Seriously, ALL THIS BULL SHIT on ADT regarding a woman NOT wanting to have sex with a black....or some guy called JUSTIN LONG (OR any other other naggin' biathch here) complaining about that girl X,W,Z, is a racist for not wanting to do IR. FUCK DAT!!!!
I mean all this CONSTANT BULL SHIT is ridiculous....
And yes, I've fucked almost every nationality out there; I had many opportunities to have sex with DARK SKINNED AFRICAN girls (living in Europe), DARK SKINNED AFRICAN AMERICAN (while in Miami), DARK SKNINNED INDIAN girls (in Mumbai, where I'm often for my work).
I have never felt (nor will feel) the horniness to have sex with any of these 3 groups. I just don't feel attracted to these type of girls. Does it has to do with the skin of their color: yes. Does that make me a racist, I guess.
But only regarding to my right to have sex with whom iI want. I don't have any problems with DARK SKINNED black girls in general. I am friendly with everyone and can and will be friends with everyone. I respect everyone as a human being. I just dont want to have sex with these 3 groups. BASTA. But, then again, in one way or another, I don't mind having sex with a DARK SKINNED LATINA or having her as a gf/wife, as long as she is not DARK SKINNED AFRICAN looking.
Again, just for the record: I am NOT white either.
Don't be dumb!
Life is full of rejection....DEAL WITH IT (even if it may not be FAIR sometimes).
Cheers!

The part I don't quite get is Justin saying 60% of the time he turns up for work and gets told by the co-star "sorry you're black, it's nothing personal". Surely if race is that important in the industry and female performers have the option of choosing who to work with on shoot day, is it not imperative the female performer is told of the race of the person she will be working with before being signed up for that shoot? I don't get it. Why sign up a male performer for a job only to be told by the co star "sorry you're black"? Surely someone should have checked all this before paring them? The performers certainly should be protected from that kind of personal discrimination by ensuring that the performer they've been paired to work with definitely had agreed to do IR and KNOWS that particular scene he/she signed up for is an IR one and vice-versa. I would have thought this would be standard in the industry? Why is it not being done, am I missing something here?

I'm not sexually attracted to black girls, nor to asian girls (to a lesser degree). I don't think that makes me a racist.
I've had sex with some in the past and it wasn't that good compared to sex with white girls. Maybe it's a cultural thing I dunno...
If I was in porn, I wouldn't like to work with black and asian girls, there would be no chemistry whatsoever...

There certainly is a lot of racist bullshit in the industry for sure, which is why I will never buy a movie from Vivid, Wicked, or Digital Playground. A bunch of cowardly overrated porn companies making their ultra safe bullshit. I believe 99% of pornstars who don't do black guys do it for reasons other than attraction. Not always racism directly, but if not it has to do with the racism circling the industry and certainly this country as a whole.
Anyway all the best performers, all my favorites, do IR. I guess because I don't watch movies from those cowardly studios I mentioned above I don't get exposed to a lot of the dodgers. 60% really don't do it? Maybe that's about right, but take out those major studios and their overrated contract starlets and that percentage drops conciderably.

You got that wrong. In many cases, it is mostly these girls' own decision not to have sex with black men. So u think only 1 % are uncomfortable with sex with blacks? From my experience in the real world with white girls, most of them are just not comfortable with fucking blacks. Over 70 % of white girls I talked to told me they will never fuck a black men...some said they might consider a biracial and almost all of them are ok with latinos. As much as it may hurt you, most whites don't find blacks attractive. The same is true with men, just as much as women. To be fair, the European white chicks I've met are usually open to black men.If it wasn't for the extra pay, I bet you less than a third of IR friendly girls will be doing IR. They just do it for the extra dough.

What many of you are failing to realize is that its not the girls who are largely responsible for propagating the state of not doing Black males and once done charging more. It is the agents who have "advised" talent not to do it. I have had many personal conversations with talent about this issue and the majority of times it comes back to rules levied by the agencies. In some cases you have girls whose boyfriends, husband or girlfriends don't want them to do Black male on camera.
There are plenty of girls who do Black dudes off camera. Let us stop with the myths that doing Black dudes on camera will hurt anyone's career please or performers will loose fans lol! Total bullshit!!
I have shot many girls who have started in the business doing Black guys and change to a specific agency and now they don't do Black guys anymore. Perhaps the pressure should be applied on the agencies and not the performers if people really want to see change happen. look at the agencies rosters. The majority of non Black female talent don't do Black guys. Very suspect in my opinion.

Well maybe these girls should look at Sasha Grey who did IR and gangbang and got into a big mainsteram role right now. Who said that IR would hurt your career where Sasha just got main big role a movie. Something that Jenna, Stormy, or any of those contract girls for Wicked, Vivid or DP didn't but her. But if she win an oscar one day it would be something big.

Hey you that alot of black performer are doing porn parody now, some have IR scene in it but it doesn't follow the character that well. You know the Cosby porn parody had few IR scene in it but the second one had white girl on the cover and we all know that the show is all black. Even black aren't getting any fair shot at these thing. I hear rumor that Vivid is making a parody of one of the Tiger Woods mistress who was a former pornstar and she did IR before she quit and is doing IR in this movie. They had cast an black male performer do played Tiger in it. Aleast Vivid is doing something right but let hope it is.

I'm sure the answers will be the same as they always are, and everything is simply a coincident as it always is. Truthfully I don't expect it to every change. The companies, directors, producers, agents, and certain girls have simply been getting away with it decade after decade. I place most of the blame on the companies though, because in the end, they are the ones who tolerate or suggest it and allow it to spread systematically. If one (company) simply had the guts to take a stand, which would be way above Justin's reach IMO, I think more would follow suit. I mean they all basically claim to be against it, don't they.

Alexander, don't forget that many of these girls also like to blame their agents and love to give their fans false hope that they will do IR. Girls like Diamond Kitty, Aubrey Addams have misled fans but they were later exposed as girls who will not even touch black cock with a 100 ft pole. Those two girls escort but have a "No black clients" policy. Girls are realizing that it isn't good to sound racist so they would rather shift the blame.

Quote taken from Justin Long's declaration
“Do you have any idea what it feels like to go to work and have 60% of your co-workers say "sorry won’t work with you, you’re black". Trust me it’s a shitty feeling, and then to have your advancement opportunities capped because you can’t work with some of that 60%. Shit now you’ll just get mad. My actions and reactions are in direct correlation with the actions and inflammatory speech and actions that are being taken and enacted against people of my color.”
Now for the people who support the girls so called right to refuse Black people in the WORKPLACE.
IMAGINE if the races were reversed and YOU were the male pornstars and every time you came to work, 60% of your prospective co-workers tells you "Sorry, I can't work with you, you're White"..How would you feel?? Sick to the stomach right?.
You cannot excuse the inexcusable. Racism should have no place in the workplace.

It is good that Justin Long is starting a boycott of the racists pornstars in the industry but why include all white actresses in a single group, he is going to far. In the end, he would not be making this decision if he would not be able to survive financially -- silly problems in a silly industry, if you ask me.

It is an equal employment, equal opportunity, individual freedom as guaranteed under the constitution issue.
It is not now, nor was it ever an issue of sexual preference, or personal preference. The mention of these peripheral issues obscure the facts. Some fans think the acts are so intimate as not to be done with just anyone. It's not so. The acts performed as judged and paid according to how taxing the act is on the commodity the performer is selling, their bodies. Pro wrestling is the same deal. I've never heard of a pro wrestler who refused to be in close contact with their partner because the folks back home would shun them..
Despite what we might think or feel, not one of these sex workers, and that is what they are, entered the business because they could not get enough sex otherwise. The worst looking of these women could open their door on any given day and fuck one out of two of the men they meet.
When interviewed for employment in the porn industry it is the employer who asks about the performers preferences in work environment, that's essentially what a porn partner is, simply another part of the work environment. It is the employer, the porn industry that promotes a policy of Jim Crow-ism. Were it not so those people, it is men as well as women, who are unable to curb their revulsion to different colored genitals would not seek employment as a sex worker.

Does anyone notice that those who are not often targets of discrimination seem to always make it some abstract constitutional issue about freedom, and those who ARE just say that it hurts the soul and is wrong? I think that many thoughful, intelligent people are coming out of left field on this one because the haven't the personal experience to weight the human cost versus the technical aspects. This is most clearly illustrated by
"It is an equal employment, equal opportunity, individual freedom as guaranteed under the constitution issue."
Do we forget that these were guaranteed only for white, male, christian land-owners? I think we will get somewhere when we stop references the constitution and think about the human side, as Justin was advocating. I am sure that we will not see a single person who has suffered from racism saying that it is a constitutional issue or anything else than just wrong.

^^ I think there is a subtle misunderstanding between us. It's probably me. Here's my point. Reading through the many post on the subject of interracial porn. I've heard it argued most frequently from the angle that a particular girl refuses to have sex with African American males because she doesn't find anyone in the entire African diaspora attractive. Then in her defense someone will cite everyone is entitled to exercise personal choice in who they fuck. They will go on to bring up a male who refuses to work as a homosexual. Both those points are "Red herrings". Porn isn't an intimate sexual experience. It's a job, like any other. It should be subject to the same rules we as a society have found to be valuable in any other business endeavor.
The porn industry is the problem, not some chick from Frostbite Falls Minnesota
I agree it is as a broader problem. The fact that it exists and is encouraged by industry, and fans brings up serious questions. The porn business doesn't exist in a vacuum. The business owner who is prejudiced in his porn business is probably the same in his personal life. The fan who think it OK here, probably discriminates against Black people in his everyday environment.
I think we will see simple economic pressures change the Jim Crow-ism in porn. Sex worker want to make a good living. The workers will do what they do that is act out a sexual scenario in front of a camera for profit.
Have you noticed the climate in America today. No one is interested in whether an issue hurts anyone. Appealing to some sense of morality or decency is a dead issue. American society has found a moral justification for greed, they can certainly justify racial discrimination.

White males have to be the most insecure people on the planet. I swear, I've never seen more racism in my life than going on a interracial video and reading the responses. There is an incredible amount of hate coming from these guys just because a black guy is having sex with a white woman. These are probably the same guys when you see them out in public they will smile at you and shake your hand.
Hell, I seen it with my ex. She cheated on her white husband with me. Before he knew about us he was cool with me. Invited me over for beers and parties and told her he thought I was cool. Then when he found out she was moving in with me, she said that his exact words were "Fine, you go be with that nigger"

For the millionth time, porn stars are not employees of their agents.
Cry me a fucking river.
You might want to look up the meaning of the word "disapora" next time before you use it.
So porn performers should not have a choice to choose race, gender and age of people they are confortable to perform with?
A guy invited you to his house, shared his beer with you and you thanked him for his hospitability by seducing his wife? If the story is true (sounds like a bull to me), he had every right to call you every name in the book and more.

This is the first time I actually read what justin said in the original post. I didn't read all of it, but 3/4ths of it. Just reading about the racism in the adult industry makes me want to stop watching porn. It's terrible.
I've never been one to purchase or support companies like wicked or vivid or the stars that don't do interracial scenes, and I wont start, either.
