I was following the old jynxmazecutie, if this would be the same, then I'd be automatically following that account. Since I'm not following this 2022 JynxMazeCutie account, I'd say it's not a) the same as a few years ago and b) probably fake.

I mean, there are heaps of old hacked twitter accounts that simply get renamed when a handle becomes free, so a 2013 creation date on that account doesn't have to mean anything.

Unfortunately, there is no (known to me) way of finding a handle history for a specific ID on twitter, so it's impossible to tell.
