It's easier to just give some lame excuse for not doing I/R than the truth. Maybe she feels the caliber of black guys isn't up to par and she has her standards. Black performers or not, one thing that really puts me off a scene is the faux macho gangster talk. In my experience this tends to be more prevalent in IR scenes. Of course there are always exceptions, but as a general rule it does not happen anywhere near as much with white performers. I don't know if it's an act for the male performer to live up to a stereotype, if they think it's a turn-on to talk like that, or if it is really part of their personality. Regardless, for whatever reason or another, it's a turn off and a distraction for me and for other porn fans too, and it's a turn-off for us, it stands that it would have the same effect on female performers too. It could be something as simple as this behind why some porn stars do not do IR. Bottom line is, we should respect the fact that if we as fans are not expected to justify our reasons to each other for liking or not liking something, then neither are performer's.

And for clarification, I said something like this, not this exactly. Your comparison of a Jynx liking it rough or doing bi guys to doing black guys makes no sense and one thing as no bearing to the other. I know lots of kinky girls who aren't creeped out by bi guys but wouldn't touch a black unless their life depending on it.
Considering the established disease risk that most performers concede exists with working with those performers and the physical damage done by certain acts such as double anal or double vagina, which is quite a bit more than just "rough" scenes, I would say it does indeed have bearing on the other. Given that if one does certain acts and works with certain performers but sees a certain ethnicity of performers as not worth working with then you have to wonder about the logic. Dude, get over it. Lots of races don't like intermingling of races.
