Just because she is, though, doesn't mean she should be classified into some category as being exempt from doing hardcore gonzo, just another actress with "harder" looks shouldn't limit them to doing freakshow stuff. As long as Kacey isn't being forced to do these scenes by means of coercion or necessity, I don't have too much of a problem with it.
