Back box covers are pretty much never OK though, because they're all sex acts. I've seen the front cover for Manhandled 7, and since there is nothing explicit with genitals involved, it's OK to post it here. The guy pulling the girl's hair and giving her a wedgie or whatever he's doing, while kind of a sexual context, isn't the kind of explicit sex acts we need to avoid here. Similarly, if the box cover had two naked people kissing that would be OK, as long as genitals aren't being touched or rubbed or whatever.
