I don't think it matters what size she finally picks because it's unlikely to come out looking good. Her breast are just too tiny (I think they are perfect) to really allow a lot of flexibility on the kind of implant she chooses so that any choice will look very, very unnatural on her petite body type. If she goes too big then it will look freakish and that's when I won't be able to watch anything she does. I stopped trying to figure why women do that to their body but I will never try to make them change their mind. I just find that you won't find happiness in a different pair of breast. All you will do is cause yourself a lot of pain and make you avoid dealing with what is at the core of your unhappiness.
^ I don't think that's entirely fair. I've seen natural-looking enhanced breasts on women who previously had tiny breasts. I suppose it might require more skill on the surgeon's part but I don't know. Whereas I also don't necessarily understand augmenting one's breasts, stating that getting implants masks the real problem at hand is an assumption on your part. She really made my day in Spring Break Orgy from Hustler. That DVD was just epic from start to finish. I swore I'd write a review. I swore it had to get five stars. Do I have to really go there? I can count on one hand (and have fingers left) the number of performers who have gotten implants in the last 30 years where the implants looked like natural breasts. Now it's quite possible that the abilities of the surgeon has something to do with part of the final result but there are just too many parameters involved in an invasive surgery like implants to permit even the best surgeon on the planet from actually making fake implants look like real breasts. The sad truth is that most women undergoing breast implants will have amazing looking breasts as long as they are wearing clothes but that it rarely is the same once she is naked. I don't need to tell you that porn performers are usually viewed naked. My theory for why women get implants and especially porn performers is just that, a theory. I have no actual facts to corroborate other than what I have perceived of the way humans tend to deal with some problems.
^ I thought you were specifically referring to breast implants on women with tiny breasts as opposed to women with large(r) breasts. I was trying to say that for the most part the quality of the implants is pretty much unrelated to the original size.

No but women with small breasts are more likely to have a bad result regardless of the size of implants they finally go with because of their general body shape and the available fat tissue on their rib cage.
