I think; Manuel Ferrara is the best decision for the first anal of Kagney. I have watched 2 scenes of them so far, Lies and Strict Machine. ^ +1, To me it really looked like she was just phoning it in.
For me, it seems like that movie was shot with the same kind of camera/lighting/etc as one of Digital Playground's Robby D 'Control' movies. The skin tones don't look as rich but at the same time the movie gets a more dark raw feel. This is in contrast to how Kagney who is naturally fair skinned appears in most movies. I like it. I don't know about her looking worn or bruised. She looks as beautiful as always, just different lighting.

I think she looks fine in the video, it's just that they're shooting her in typical Adriano-style extreme close-up so you can see her boob job scars and a lack of make-up explains the visible bruise. Also, Adriano tends to not get the best performances about of his co-performers, hence the 'phoning it in' quality. Watch her in a scene with Mick Blue or with Manuel to contrast.
