I was never a fan of Karina Kay until I just saw her in Fresh Teens #1. I don't know if she lost weight or changed her hair but she is unbelievable. Looks like a whole new girl with an unbelievable body, nothing like before. Her new look reminds me a lot of Jenna Haze. Looks like she took a year off and it's worth it.

I heard she was back, but that info seemed to originate from a year ago. I saw a few pics and if they are an indication, she is too skinny now. I'll reserve my judgement, but she was absolutely perfect in my eyes before.
