Could she realistically return to shooting porn and be a fulltime parent? Yes, it absolutely can be done - Tanya Tate, Dana Vespoli, Megan Rain and I think even Violet Monroe are all proof of this. But with that being said, it depends on your relationship to the industry. You have people like Georgia Jones, Angela White along with Jade Nile who essentially live the business. Performing is like breathing or the world's finest addiction for lack of a better word. Seen plenty of promising performers with all the tools for success and longevity who end up not wanting to come back, who are quite content to stay off the camera like Remy LaCroix and Leah Gotti. Some get burned out and others just fade away even without children like Veruca James. I would take a guess that there is a 60% chance of her returning to the business full force for all major studios in my humble opinion although I don't think that it is highly likely.

I suspect what often turns off most performers who get pregnant are the creeps who want everything from baby pictures to be the next one to knock the new mom up, being an adult performer alone results in enough stalkers and trolls. While performers deal with that on a regular basis, I can entirely understand stepping away from the spotlight to ensure your child or children don't end up in the sights of scumbags. That said, she is one of the more wonderfully expressive performers out there and I'd welcome back her in about 3-4 years.
Karlee in IG "ask my anything" said that if she came back to porn, she would only return to do g/g and that being touch for men didn't excite her anymore...

I'm alright with bush if it's kept up. Some girls just let it go and it's distracting and kind of a put off. I just keep imagining having to go down there and getting a mouthful of wild hairs. Not about it. If they trim it and take care of it, all for it.
