i'm the same way to an extent. i don't mind boob jobs but i tend to really like the well done ones. maybe that's because I grew up in the late 80's/early 90's and am just used to seeing them. A lot of old timers don't like them because they're maybe not used to them or something, but they're something i've seen my whole life.

Hi Teagan, thanks for your comment in this thread. I'm getting 350 cc silicone implants, teardrop shape through the nipple ( and of course under the pec muscle). I'm really nervous and excited. It's only 2 weeks from now and I can't wait.

I don't have any plans to go to Germany this year. And I don't know yet how long I will be "on vacation". I took a month off for now but then I just have to see how the scars are healing up and how the swelling goes down. I've never had anything done before so I don't know how long it will take. Everybody is different and I don't want to come back too soon. It might be a good idea to take a little break anyway.

Please God NO! Not the nipple. Go though the armpit. Scarless procedures look better and last longer. That "little scar" on your nipple will not only look worse than advertised, but it will kill your nipple sensitivity.

Katja's new boobs will look great on her and I agree that going through the nipple is the best if they are silicon implants. A pharmacist I know has a recipe of lotions and vitamins he gives to ladies in strip clubs getting boobs to avoid all scarring and I've seen the results they really work--I will post the products to use to avoid scarring if asked--the pharmacist owns several pharmacies and knows his stuff.
I want silicone implants and it's not possible to get these done through the armpit. My personal opinion is that implants placed through the nipple are the best looking boob jobs.

They are indeed there is a stripper I know who is petite. She was allowed to get silicon implants before they became legal again. They were inserted through the nipple. The incision can sometimes leave a scar but with the right vitamins and lotions applied and taken 2 weeks before and after the operation the scarring is non-existant.

Not true. Alines implants are pear shaped, and under the muscle. In those pictures the implants had only recently been installed. Pear implants have to "settle in" for as long as a year. When they have, that kind of implant is almost indistinguishable from the real thing. lordish
Just letting you guys know I'm fine. I can't say much more than that right now. I haven't seen my boobs yet because I have to wear a medical bra that I can't take off for a while. Other than that you can't really talk about the results when you haven't seen them. Plus what's the purpose of comparing me to other girl's boobs. Everybody is different and goes to different doctors and has different visions about how they want them to look like. And you might not believe it but the original boobs before surgery have a lot to do with what the results will be in the end.
