I found a very good doctor in France who makes implants who look quite natural. One of my friend did it and she has now the same breast than before...but just bigger! I really like big breast but I don't like huge implants who look like balls ! When I watch a porn movie I'm always excited when the girl has big boops..of course I would like to be this kind of girl...of woman.
I really want to do it for me and it's true that it would be better for me in France because I begin to stop porn in France to do only strip-tease. BUT I also want to have a good carreer in USA. I like implants. I don't know why, I just do. But I like natural also. I don't think she needs them, but if she wants them, I don't think it would slow down her career in the slightest.
No ! I am not totally against breasts implants but that would be on girls that don't already have beautiful breasts which Katsumi has. Bigger isn't always better.

First, it sounds like the surgeon that you have chosen is a good one, based on how your friend's surgery went, and that you have to wait to see this doctor until September, even though it is only April now. You could still meet with the doctor and find out more information, even if you decide in the end not to get implants right now. There was a recent discussion here about getting implants, and one of the American porn actresses KimiLixx had some interesting things to say about the surgery (I think she has had it herself).
Shylock has said that you are relatively new to the porn industry in the US, though I see you must have done your first scene in Los Angeles last May or June, for Erik Everhard's Sport Fucking 1. What I wasn't aware of is how many porn films you have done in France for Colmax and other companies, and that you were a Colmax contract actress. There was a topic here over a year ago talking about your very successful European career, and that you even won a New Starlet Award in Barcelona in 2002. So, it isn't as if you are a novice to the porn industry. I believe that most Americans who have posted for this poll, like myself, were unaware how many films you have made, since these French films are not easy to find here in Les Etats-Unis.
Please be aware that the people who read ADT are almost all gonzo fans, who only watch the hardcore porn films. However, there are many porn fans in America who have nothing against breast implants, who like watching Vivid and Wicked movies. These fans don't post on this message board very much, so you won't be hearing their opinions about implants. However, with Jenna Jamison, Tera Patrick, Hannah Harper, Brianna Banks, Devinne Lane and so many others having implants and being popular, it's easy to see that many people find them attractive, and have nothing bad to say about actresses having them.
If I were you, I would talk to actresses here in the US, who have implants and who have worked in gonzo films, to see what effect it has had on their getting work, especially Jamie Brooks and Allysin Chaynes, who have worked both before and after having the surgery. I know I have seen actresses with implants in films from PXP, Zero Tolerance, Evil Angel, Anabolic, Elegant Angel and Evolution Erotica. There has been a director from Red Light District who posted here on ADT that RLD does not hire actresses who have had this surgery (see the post from Jake Malone about the actress Pason). I see that you have done a lot of work for this studio, so perhaps you already know about this policy.
For myself, I'm not bothered seeing an actress who has implants, as long as they are well done and fit the woman's figure. I think Vicky Vette, Silvia Saint and Allysin Chaynes all look good and natural. I do agree with you that the ones that look like balls are horrible, and are to be avoided. My sister-in-law (ma belle-soeur) has implants, she's very happy with them, and she does look good in clothes.

I 100% prefer small natural breasts to larger fake ones. Please please please do not get implants. You certainly do not need to get them for your career, as far as I'm concerned. You're a beautiful woman, and your breasts are absolutely perfect. If you're doing it to please yourself, then I doubt anything I could say would change your mind. But if you're doing it for the audience, this audience member does not require it, and would in fact prefer it if you didn't do it.
I want to add something in with regards to my previous post. I have the link up there for a director saying that RLD doesn't hire actresses who've had breast implants. But I have found an RLD movie, Super Whores 1 by Lexington Steele, that has Vicky Vette in it. Evidently this studio does make exceptions to their rule about implants.
Just through searching iafd.com, Katsumi has done 31 films in the US that are in their database. 8 of these were for RLD (25%) so this studio's hiring policy could possibly be playing a role in this whole discussion.

Yes, bolt-ons are the ones where it looks like someone took a softball, cut it in half and shoved the halves underneath the woman's skin. Usually the surgeon is so inept, he/she places them so they look even more obviously fake - too high, too low, too far apart, etc. The worst ones I've ever seen are on an actress called Kristi Myst (I think she doesn't perform anymore). Dumblonde called this set the $999 Crazy Eddie special in her review of Zupko's Ass Clowns; Dumblonde generously provided a screenshot of the young lady. The surgeon should be forced to watch the movie.
Katsumi has said in her post that she's seen the handiwork of the surgeon she chose (her friend has been to this doctor), plus she has to wait another 5 months to see this person, a good sign that the doctor is a good one.
I didn't make up the sobriquet "bolt-ons"; I learned that from reading ADT.

Isn't that really the point of this whole hue and cry about Katsumi. We don't want to have to say that about her. It's very rare for enhancements to look natural. They usually work best on women who are broad or thick or who have breasts that look underinflated. Katsumi's breasts are perfect, especially for her lean frame.
I spent last night watching all of Katsumi's scenes that I have of her and can't think of a single reason for her wanting implants. Katsumi , if you read this , your body and your breast's are perfect the way they are .I hope you don't go ahead with the implants but whatever you decide good luck.

I say she should get them. I chirped in on this thread a couple of months ago with a more or less neutral opinion, but I've since decided that I'm definitely in favor of it. To me, Katsumi is the number 1 asian pornstar working today, and I think enlarging her rack would just absolutely take her over the top. But, she should be careful and get the absolute best plastic surgeon money can buy.
Are Lucy's implants recent? They must be...to be honest they don't look all that bad on her - at least she got a decent job done. I've never been that big a fan of fake breasts, but I can totally understand why some women may desire them. The fact is, a truly beautiful woman may not necessarily need them, but a quality job would not augment nor detract from true beauty...therefore if the woman has other, more personal motivation to get implants, I usually say "go for it.
