Men in general don't see women as threatening or as counting as cheating. Many women feel the same way. Typically with these situations, the women are only attracted to other women sexually. It's hard to understand why anyone would be upset or even find negative any part of their situation unless you knew them and thought it was having some negative effect. Abnormal sure, but some people seem like close to upset which is hard to figure.

I don't want to pretend to have any deep insight about Manuel and Kayden and their reactions or emotions toward things. I do have a pretty clear picture based on things said in various places that Kayden has vetoed someone but only 1 person as far as I know and that was Kristina Rose. There's not any one interview or audio clip where this is said explicitly I don't think, but I'm 99.99% sure based on many little things said. That seems to suggest Kayden isn't unable or unwilling to make demands in this realm if she feels the need.
