I think she just used some filters in her IS stories, but she got for sure some sort of lower abdomen lipo or/and butt lift during the Spring.

In her most recent scenes, the one for Jules Jordan and Lexington Steele and 2nd appearance on Nympho, are visible two little incision/cannula scars on her lower abdomen and one on lower back. In both scenes they are conceal by fishnet stockings but are clearly recognizable in some position. They looks more recent in JJ scene she shot at the beginning of June (see here). To be honest if it wasn't for the scars I wouldn't have notice nothing. I also checked her previous scenes released this year and the scars were not present.
