That's become rare these days they always take them off very early in the scene and it ruins it for me. I get it safety and comfort but keeping the heels on makes the scene sexier for me. If it's not that they get a horrible camera angle and it makes it not worth it. I'm also not a fan of stockings or any socks. The search for a perfect scene has actually taken me down the rabbit hole of actually being interested in the shoes they wear.
