She is wearing a red skirt, maybe plaid. She walks over to a guy, and he shortly notices that she has a blue butt plug already inserted. They go at it, she is bent over a foot stool and she gives a memorable line of "fuck my/that ass like you mean it". I've checked Keiko's filmography and I can't find the movie anywhere. any ideas?
