The only two things I get from this kind of news is that Mindgeek is so up shit's creek that they have to find another way to earn more money by farming out their main male contract star. That or Keiran is afraid that Mindgeek is about to drop his ass as a contract star and needs to find a way to earn more money by shooting his own content. I mean neither option is a wise business decision because if a studio male contract star starts to shoot porn for his own site(still owned by Mindgeek) then he certainly can't be shooting for their flagship site as well. I wouldn't get my hopes up. My interpretation of his tweet was that at least some of his scenes will be PSP level rough, not that he intends to or even has the option of releasing locked away PSP scenes.

I am well aware of who they are and what their business practice is but just because it is out there for free doesn't mean that people should use those sites instead of paying for porn. That's why I think that the only people who have any right to offer an opinion on porn are those that have paid for that right. Everyone else is a freeloader who's opinion is worth the amount they paid for porn....Nothing. I don't really know the reasons why Keiran is getting his own site. If a majority of the scenes are PSP-ish I'll consider subscribing. Keiran Lee isn't a coworker of mine or part of my social circle, so I could care less about his ego or whatever else as long as his performances and directing leave me satisfied.
^ If this is still going to be be under the Mindgeek banner, it's still going to be under the same payment processor that Brazzers is/was under, so I don't see him being able to accomplish the PSP revival that some here are hoping for.

PSP was Brazzers' most successful site and its content was right at the center of their advertising campaign. They were making a lot of money off PSP and suddenly they not only pull the plug but throw out the appliance? As I wrote in another thread, Brazzers also quietly removed numerous other rough scenes from its sites. That was not a coincidence.

The comment about the only people having any right to offer an opinion on porn are those that have paid the right is perhaps a bit of wishful thinking. Consider this. With every click of a mouse on a Mindgeek "free" site people are voting yes about what they like, enjoy or approve of. This is free information & Mindgeek then gives these viewers MORE opportunities to purchase what they like. At best these "freeloaders" become customers but at their least they tip Mindgeek off about what will be popular. This is at the core of what makes them wildly successful whether we approve of their tactics or not.
^ I'm glad someone else actually understands that. The tube sites are a big part of the reason Brazzers is as popular is it is. They've always taken those numbers and used them to determine what to shoot on their pay sites.
