It could lead to the girl losing out on potential revenue. East Coast (or other agencies) don't have the obligation to inform people of the talent's new agency but in my opinion they should just delete the girls from their site if they no longer represent them. The question, in my opinion, is whether she's consistently available (as her agency site implies), or if she's going to disappear and not shoot any more scenes for another 4-6 months again.
