I'm assuming it's either makeup covering it up or a work of photoshop, she's made no mention of having that tattoo across her upper chest removed. It would take a lot of work to remove that tattoo.

I don't think she's wearing the assortment of different tops to cover up the name, I think she's wearing them to cover up the tattoo removal she had been working on. Beginning to wonder if the removal was botched in some way. Should've went to the same removal artist Emma Hix went to to get those ribbons on the backs of her legs removed...
