Hi,

Somehow the Kickback didn't work for me. Maybe I made a mistake ?

I put the titles in the ADT-Cart, and pushed the Kickback-Button under Five-Star.
Then I put in my username and password, which seemed to work.

Then I included another title to the Five-Star cart and checked out.

This was yesterday, but nothing has shown up in my kickback-profile yet.
Any ideas what could have went wrong ?

I think it takes 30 days before the kickback shows up in your account..
it should be listed in the faq.

I usually update Kickback orders two times per day. One in the morning between 9 - 10 and once in the evening after 5 pm. (Pacific time.) Any orders that were placed through the Kickback program today or over the weekend should be visible in your account now.

Also, please be aware that Five Star DVD is the only store participating in the program at this time. The only way to earn credit for an order is to use the 'Get Your Kickack' link on our Order Comparison Page. You must use tht link so your order can be tracked back to your Kickback proram profile. If you place an order without using the special link you will not receive credit for your purchases.

If you would like to see your favorite store added to the list of participating merchants I recommend you write to their customer service department. We invited all of the stores to participate in mid-October. Some didn't respond, others declined to participate for various reasons.

Drew I just checked mine.
The order history page shows the credits I have.
But the page that shows Current Balance is incorrect.

Everyone's current balance should be $2. We update the accounts from 'Order Shipped' to 'Credit Pending' at the end of the month when we receive the affiliate tracking report. The Kickback credit is applied to your account when we receive payment from the merchant. Your balance will go up at that time.
