I just processed all shipped July orders so you have those credits available. Great to see so many people make use of the Kickback program. If you have any questions please post them here. Basically if you shop at Adult DVD Empire you should use the kickback program - you will get 15% of your order back in the form of gift certificates. This is our way to share our affiliate commission with you guys.

Steph,
I am getting blank pages when I go to account history, order status, etc. on the kickback page. it is showing I have credit, but I don't think that total is right either. I have placed orders (3 I think) this year, so they should show up on those pages, right?
Sorry, I am confused

There seems to be a cookie related problem in the kickback profile pages. I'm going to email you a page to visit to help diagnose the problem and some instructions to follow.

^I am trying to place an order through AdultDVDempire and for some reason it is not saying the usual "Your kickback order is being processed" for some reason the item is transferring but not the referral as usual. Is it on ADT's end, AdultDVDempires' or my end that is the problem? I have been holding my order because I want to make sure I get the credit and ADT gets the credit for the sale.

Where are you not seeing the message "your Kickback order is being processed"? I don't know of anywhere that that message occurs. Do you mean you're not seeing the "Thanks for using Kickback$" image on Empire's site when you complete the checkout process? Or do you mean that the recent order is not appearing in your ADT Kickback profile? If it's the first problem then it's on their end. If the order isn't appearing in your ADT Kickback account the problem is on our end. Sometimes Empire forgets to include the "Thanks for using Kickback$" image on the checkout page when they make changes to their checkout process.
Email me directly and I'll tell you which recent orders we have for you in the system. (drew@adultdvdtalk.com) That will be a starting point to see if there's a problem.

Is there a reason why you can only use kickbacks in incraments of 10? I have like 9.88 in KB but have to something else just to use it. Not really complaining, just wondering why.

When we first started the program years ago a couple of the participating stores could only issue gift certificates in $10 increments.

I was just wondering when my kickback orders will be processed.
I made one on 10/17 and on 11/15. I figure the nov one probably will take a little longer but the oct one should've been processed by now??

I know it takes a couple of days for ADE too send you a gift certifcate, but is there a timelimit for actually using it? Also, Do i use it like a coupon. just typeing in a number?

I don't know if there is a time limit but to add it to your account you add it where it says to redeem gift certificates.

Have may orders been processed? The account history and pending orders under kickbacks appears to have been completely emptied. Is anything happening with the program?

Hi Clay,
I'm pretty sure I did May, but will have to check into it. I generally update this thread every month so I'm really confused why the last update is so old.
I asked Drew to remove all orders over a year old that never appeared in our report. So any old orders we never got commission on (and therefore couldn't kickback the commission) are deleted.

I don't see any order history remaining including orders in the past 12 months. My account credit appears to be right but the May orders appear to be missing and unprocessed.

Can you forward me the email address associated with your kickback account? I want to check the database to see what's going on. I checked for a kickback account matching the email address in your forum profile and didn't find one.
