I think you are trying to figure out why we are issuing Kickback credit for an amount lower than what your actual order total was? The difference in the Kickback order total and the actual order total being the amount of DVD Empire store credit applied to your order.

We issue credit for Kickback orders based on the amount reported to us by the retailer. If they treat store credit as a coupon or gift certificate instead of cash that is their decision. The affiliate sales tracking and payment terms and conditions are determined by each individual store. We can only issue credit based on an amount that we are actually paid.

I was talking about DVD empire store credits. The "credits" though came from me selling my used dvd's directly to them through useddvdempire.com.

Just to let you know, I finally received kickbacks for the 2 orders through adultdvdempire. I assume the kickback amount was adjusted by adultdvdtalk, due to adultdvdempire crediting you with more $$? Looks like adultdvdempire does treat their sales via useddvdempire as cash and NOT as a gift certificate, etc.

I assume that the amount reported at checkout incorrectly includes deductions for store credit, gift certificates/Kickback redemptions, etc. The amount on the sales report doesn't incorporate these cash-like deductions.
