I think you are trying to figure out why we are issuing Kickback credit for an amount lower than what your actual order total was? The difference in the Kickback order total and the actual order total being the amount of DVD Empire store credit applied to your order.
We issue credit for Kickback orders based on the amount reported to us by the retailer. If they treat store credit as a coupon or gift certificate instead of cash that is their decision. The affiliate sales tracking and payment terms and conditions are determined by each individual store. We can only issue credit based on an amount that we are actually paid.
