You are in for life, you can leave but you never get out." This is something that is unfortunate, but too often also true. I think this really does need to be explained better to so many young girls getting into the biz who think that it can be just one episode in their lives among many - that it really won't follow them after they leave. That should be the case; but unfortunately, it rarely works out that way. Maybe one day it will be like that for most girls, but I fear that day is still a long way away.

That's an interesting story and perhaps a microcosm of the troubles that many starlets can have re-integrating back into regular life. I'd also read some odd story of her being arrested since she first announced her comeback (at a Porn Star Karyoke event a few weeks ago, but perhaps that wasn't true) Either way, if she's happier coming back, I'll still be happy watching her, does anyone know what agency she works for now? I previously saw her on type9 but she's disappeared from the site since.
With the internet the way it is I doubt you could ever get away from it, there are plenty of people who do much less revealing things then porn that can't shake a label. And to be honest you'd have to be one hell of a secure guy to be with a girl with a porn past and make it work.
Oh yeah I wasn't saying you could get away from it. That was my point. What I was saying is that maybe one day there won't be such a stigma around it. Where more guys would be willing to accept a porn past in their lover. But that day is a long way away.

Hello mbmalpha137 I think it's up to us to grow and rid ourselves of these archaic hang ups. Are we not better then our primal selves? Has our thinking on the subject not progressed further then plain old jealousy and "who's the daddy"? Why do we lock ourselves in an oppressive box? No longer under the thumb of the church or concerned about the legitimacy of our children (thanks to paternity tests); the feminist movement allowed women to fuck with freedom. It opened the door on options. And though fucking begets fucking, it can also lead to friendship, love and marriage. In my opinion, guilt is the big divide. I would not suggest that you go out and find an adult actress and immediately date her! Heavens no! One of the best qualities of porn is the detachment and the anonymity of the orgasm. But, if you should meet a lovely girl who makes/made adult movies and you liked her, why not date her? We don the cloak of hypocrisy ourselves and we can choose to remove it ... many have. And in regards to girls knowing the reality and being a little tougher; I do believe that when new talent signs up and gets their AIDS test at the AIM clinic, Sharon Mitchell shows them a video. It's basically porno-101; pitfalls and all! Any endeavour entered into, should be done with eyes wide open. I pretty much agree with everything you said but for certain people its just not something they could really deal with and its best for both people to not get into a relationship you deep down know you can't handle. The reason as to "why not date her?" may not be a good reason, and most likely is going to have some hypocrisy to it but the fact you still throw those reasons out is probably a sign its not something your really ready for. It will probably be a long time before it gets really acceptable for most guys to accept a girl for who she is and not what shes done but the fact that some guys do is at least a good sign.
Welcome back Kiki. I suggest revenge against those who treated you wrong. They think you're damaged goods now? Wait until you're filmed calling them during a porn scene and say their names and workplaces. Now they're in porn.
