What is the deal over the last 12 months? A female friendly company continuingly featuring crazy psycho bitches slaughtering their fucks. What exactly does that communicate? Is there actually an increase lately? Am I being too sensitive? It also makes me curious - How many features can you list that have a female lead that kills - literally? My problem wasn't with the violence itself or with any sexist aspect, but just that it isn't sexy. Without offering a list, I'd say that there are many, many movies going a long way back starring female killers -- especially if you count vampires.
