I know about "Slash" as mostly written word stories. ...and they are mostly homosexual as in Kirk/Spock . I think it's become code for anything Star Trek and sexually oriented, but the slash was originally just "these two guys together". Or girls. Have you seen "Trekkies" ? It discusses Slash a little and shows a few publications which are kinda funny. It's a great documentary either way. As for mixing genres of Star Trek... I hate holodeck fantasies. Spock was in TNG. After all, Vulcans live a lot longer than humans. Data would be easy to cast. There are dozens of robots making porn today. Just give one of the grizzled veterans like Mark Davis some pointy ears and you've got your Spock, then go to town on your extraterrestrial menage. A Worf scene with Klingon sex would really be interesting. Definitely not for the faint of heart. Maybe import Nacho Vidal for that part.
