On the back of the cover of "I Love Lanny" it looks like they are snacking on each other, so I doubt it.

I've heard they are half-sisters. They have the same ink design on their arms. I hate to plug Vivid, but for pure sister, B/G/G action, you gotta go with the Love sisters these days.
