What if Kimmy had a contract with an agency, but was unhappy and wanted to leave (and break the contract)? Now, if she (or anyone) broke a contract and continued working and/or went with other representation, they could be sued. But, if you "retire" or "quit," you can, in effect, get out of your contract -- as long as you're not working. Maybe, you're a very popular performer and working constantly... Maybe, you're due for a break... Maybe, you only have a short time (e.g. say less than a year?) before your existing contract expires... Remember, I KNOW NOTHING about Kimmy's situation. Just a possible scenario, which is not a sad situation, where we might see Kimmy again. (I bet there are a year's worth of Kimmy scenes still waiting to be released.) Who knows, maybe Kimmy fell in love -- hopefully with a handsome wealthy man -- and said "fuck it" Wishing Kimmy the best. [Link]

No, model wouldn't be sued since porn contracts only work inside porn and are worthless in court with a decent lawyer since you can't legally hold someone to a "sex" contract in Cali. Other agencies honor other legit angecy's contracts and wouldn't dare to hire model under that contract anyway. Last time I checked Kimmy was in friendly relations with Kendra and Randy and if even something went wrong and she wanted to switch to another agency and continue shooting porn any other major agency would be lining up to buy her out of the contract even for a hefty price because it would still be worth it. I hope there is no BS with her agency. Morgan Lee has taken herself out until next year and the speculation is that she's waiting out her contract (she's with LA Direct which has a dicey reputation). I hate when agencies aren't professional and fuck performers over. :( If Kimmy really has quit and it is not agency-related then I wish her all the best and hope everything in her personal life is okay. She deserved to be the next Vixen Angel for sure. One of the best performers to hit the industry in the last few years no question. [Link]
