Was really hoping the Boob job thing was just her trolling on her fans but I guess she's serious. I don't understand so many aspects of what prompts a women to make this decision especially when the vast majority of her fan base is against it, and I suspect there's a big portion of people who are "supportive," that are really just paying lip service to be PC or to try not to hurt her feelings. As a fan of kimmy's from the start I'd be happy to keep supporting her, but it'll have to be through other means than watching her scenes in the future. How could you possibly know what the vast majority of her fans feel and where do you get such a strange assumption that many people who are supporting her decision are secretly against it? Don't project your own feelings onto others.
Besides, even if all of her fans were against it, do you not realize that she is her own person first and a pornstar second? She has an entire life outside of your computer screen and a deduction that changes her body can have absolutely nothing to do with her job.

you are right, I don't "KNOW" this but judging from what on see on her twitter, and on the forums I keep up with, the consensus seems to be that she is already perfect, which one can infer means any changes would be less than ideal. I get the suspicion that people are secretly against it because any good friend, as they should, would worry about the well being of someone they know about to undergo a potentially life threatening surgery voluntarily! mentally and physically there are risks with any surgery and to just brush it off as the norm is either ignorance or a sign that they really don't care that much. Also, how am I projecting my feeling onto others? I'm merely expressing my own opinion, I get turned off by fake tits, there I said it again. It makes mr. happy go full turtle shell whenever I see um. Finally I'm sure she will gain new fans, I never even really suggested she would loose fans she has now, including me. There does seem to be a very loud minority of people who hate breast implants. In my opinion, most people who watch porn like both natural and enhanced. I prefer natural ones, but also like enhanced ones. And once the decision is made, whining about it like a 4 year old about to have their iPad confiscated is not likely to be very productive. I think Katrina Jade said it beautifully on her Twitter regarding her upcoming breast augmentation: "If you say 'no', I'm blocking your ass" and that's exactly what Kimmy should do with her detractors. That being said, I sincerely hope what happened with Karmen Karma's boob job - doesn't happen with her. You don't want an addition that ends up threatening your health.

^ When it comes to all the parts of the body any model gets plastic surgery on, boobs are the least bad and sometimes breast augmentation can come out really well depending on how the woman's body is built. Better be glad it's not nose or lip surgery, that usually comes out way worse and completely changes the appearance.

Not always, but most of the time. I say boob jobs should only be done in severe cases. It's too bad they become insecure about the size while they ignore the fact that the aspect can override it in matter of attractiveness.
You don't "get over" the loss of a parent you were close to. You learn to live with it.
Likewise, you don't "get over" depression. As defeatist as it sounds, it is always there but you have to learn to find ways to block, manage, cope or deal with it and integrate it into your life in a way where it isn't damaging. Much easier said than done though.
^ I would argue that there were people writing their wills recently, but they were nurses and, in the current situation, it made sense. So, yeah, pretty disturbing for a pornstar below 30 to be thinking about who gets her cash if she dies.
Most people that are thinking about hurting themselves don't broadcast it so publicly because they are scared, ashamed and it could mess up their plans. I'm no psychologist but it looks like she is looking for attention on top of whatever other issues she has.
