^Let me help you understand where that comment probably came from. If a poster uses their first post to crap on a performer then you can assume that they are a troll and the best thing to do is not feed the troll. Otherwise they will keep on posting similar content. Pretend it doesn't exist and instead post what you feel is important.

It's a shame that so many people in the digital era missed the class on "if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all." There are adult performers I have kept adoring, others I haven't but I never spout a poisonous opinion of an adult performer for the sole purpose of bringing them down. You can't get much more petty then that. If someone does or says something you don't like, move on to another performer. Can certain implants cause cancer or a toxic reaction? Absolutely, Karmen Karma one of Kimmy's besties is an example of this. However, think of all the people who have gotten implants and augmentations who don't end up with cancer or other medical problems.

^^Not to derail this thread but which brand of implants causes cancer because I think every woman who is planning to get implants or has gotten needs needs to know that surgeons don't care about their health and are using implants that will give them cancer in the next few years.
^ I think Biocell is the most recent type of breast implant that's been linked to breast cancer. A few years back there was the PIP implant that gained notoriety for the same problem because it used silicone that was not fit for human use.

With all due respect, claiming ALL surgeons don't care about the health of their patients who are getting breast implants put in is like that asinine claim made by a certain jackass that all Mexicans are rapists. It's a ridiculous statement - just because some may be worse than others doesn't mean you get to paint the entire profession with such a broad stroke. I would think Elsa Jean has already proven that you can get work done that fits your frame accordingly as opposed to some of the more over the top(pun intended) augmentations out there. She still remains arguably the greatest cock rider the industry has seen in years.
