Man, wtf. One it costs her more money, two no surgery is fun regardless of how serious it is, and three, regardless of what u might think, pornstars are ppl and have real feelings/emotions. Well, let's assume she gave all of her content away to subscribers without any extra charge or tip requirement and she charged $10/month for access to her OF, which is ballpark of typical. She would only need 12,500 subs to pull $1.5M/year, and she could probably keep enough subs on the line by posting a couple of M/F vids, 6-8 solo/JOI/etc. vids and a bunch of pictures per month. That doesn't seem unrealistic to me considering her popularity, and it doesn't even take into account paid content and tips, which I'm sure she utilizes.
If she's doing it for purely cosmetic purposes, I would say don't, you're beautiful. If it's for quality of life, such as breathing better or both, do it. I had a septorhinoplasty and it looks better and I can breath a shit ton better, but the recovery is frustrating and is not fun at all. Most ppl didn't notice anyway and it takes some time for it to actually look like it's going to look permanently. Swelling takes several months and it really took a year or more before it felt "normal". She could get something more dramatic bc my doctor just did what he thought would best fit my face and help my breathing. I'm just a guy commenting on a porn site, but whatever her choice is good luck and I wish her the best.
her OnlyFans is just a joke - she charges like $25 or more for a 2 minute BJ scene, and then expects fans to pay $125 for a 10 minute scene featuring her and some random guy that she won't even provide a trailer for, to see if it's worth investing in
if people are actually interested in her B/G work on OF, it's far cheaper to follow the guys account (usually $5-10) and then buy the B/G scenes with Kimmy for a further $10 rather than pay the astronomical prices she's charging, for what turns out to be a very dull scene LOL

Oh. I knew she was going through some rough times but didn't really knew what. But losing her mother yeah.. that's.. that's clearly enough to have your life and personnal stability turned upside down.
I hope she's had the opportunity to grieve and cope, it takes a hella lot of time for many people, I should know. Better take the time.
I don't understand why the boob job and now the nose job. You're pretty as fuck, your nose is perfect for YOUR face. Your boobs were perfect for your body. Why do you want to trade in unique features that make you stand out to go to a plastic surgeon who is going to make you come out looking like every single other person whose had a nose job?

Another thread where posters feel like they know better than a performer what they should do with their bodies. The point is that she wasn't happy and so she made the changes. Whether you can understand why or not is irrelevant. Either accept the changes or move on to similar performers.
Eh it wasn't that bad, minus the scarring. In most pics and vids they looked alright. Now that she's getting rid of them I'm even more worried about the scarring issue as it might get worse.
I think the problem is, Kimmy wasn't happy with her body in the first place, hence the surgery, and then she took to social media complaining she'd done the wrong thing and wanted rid of her implants, yet according to her most "recent" (questionable as to exactly how recent the content really is) content on OnlyFans, she still has the implants so she's either still unhappy yet hasn't had it removed, or she's decided she's happy to keep them
the problem here is, like with many pornstars, surgery is not the answer to the mental challenges the girls face on a daily basis - you're in the porn industry so looks are incredibly important for success, yet the problem is that producers and fans have two totally different ideas of "good looks" - some want the girl next door, some want the plastic bimbo/sex doll (hey Aletta Ocean, how you doin'??)
Kimmy made the decision to get surgery, to try and resolve her issues with her looks/body at the time. what is not clear is whether she is happy (or happier) now that she has clearly decided to keep them for longer than she posted about a few months ago
I think Kimmy's new boobs look good. Quite natural looking, but she needs to decide what is right for her and not from a work perspective. Boobs are for life not just for a 5 to 10 yr porn career.

^ Fake boobs aren't for life. Many porn girls have had their implants taken out after leaving the biz. Hell, non-porn women get their implants taken out.
