So read the news story about the auto mechanic (Kirsten Vaughn) who had a side hustle on only fans but can't find any info of what she went by. Anyone know what her page is?

If googling her name+onlyfans all article on the first result page have a link to her twitter where she openly advertises her onlyfans (it's in her profile) and talks about being fired. Anyway:

^ On what grounds should she sue for wrongful termination? US employment anti-discrimination laws don't protect sex workers. Unless you're privy to a procedure that wasn't followed in the employee's handbook or company policy when her employment was terminated, I'd be surprised if she has a case, especially with the FOSTA/SESTA legislation putting sex workers at a huge disadvantage. When HR said she had violated company policy without HR specifying the policy, my bet is that it was on the grounds of "engaging in activity that may harm the company's reputation" or words to that effect. Such policies are deliberately left vague and non-prescriptive in terms of naming such activities.

I'm not saying her termination was right but I don't see how she can make a successful lawsuit.

Gender discrimination and sexual harassment. She had a male coworker who also had a couples onlyfans that her workplace knew about.

A couple comments about Kirsten (Ms. Red).

She is a terrific young woman with a good head on her shoulders.

We talk about her foray into OnlyFans, why she got terminated and if there's a lawsuit that's upcoming.

I saw her OnlyFans and it's hotter and better than some porn stars'.

She is really nice and down to earth and is working hard to be successful in this career, (Although she's not giving up on her first love at all!)

^Plus she had her work uniform on. Take away the fact that we're all on this site because we have an interest in porn, it's a family run company in Indiana. They had to get rid of her.
