There are some US companies that have filmed it, and it is usually put in their European distribution, if it's included at all. I live in South Asia so anyway its all overseas for me BTW on an unrelated topic is there anywhere where we can get the uncut version of Die Spermaklinik (?) (the one with Daniella).
