On Instagram, yes. On twitter, no it's not. At least it wasn't up until yesterday. There's someone who likes to take over girls accounts (with their permission) and use them to make money promoting scenes. Which is why her account was filled with affiliate links.

^Possibly. Although the locations twitter shows for the instagram links posted on her twitter matches up with the locations listed on her instagram . Some pornstars I've read sign up for the affiliate links while still retaining control of their twitter to gain extra money. Who knows, but just some possibilities. Either way, whatever Kagney's plans are,I wish her well.

Those Instagram links are automatically uploaded by Instagram, that's why the location matches. If you use a "third party" Twitter client (i.e. Tweetdeck and the like), you can actually see what program sent out the Tweets. The Instagram tweets are posted by Instagram, and she has other tweets from 3 different Twitter clients (Hootsuite, Tweetcaster for Android, and Twitter for iPhone). The Hootsuite ones I know aren't her, and while it's possible I don't think she's tweeting from both an Android and an Apple device, so one of those two probably isn't her as well. If I had to guess, I'd say the Android ones are her, and the iPhone ones aren't, because her old tweets are all from Android.
Edit: And yes, some sign up for the links, but many actually retain most of the control of their accounts, but still allow the aforementioned person to tweet just affiliate links from them as well. In other words, depending on the girl, you might not be talking to who you think you're talking to. For example, Lisa Ann's account is all hers except for the few times a day she posts affiliate links.

If some of the tweets are from her (the android ones?) and some are not, I'm not sure what to think ,maybe the account is either intentionally or unintentionally being shared with someone or something(an affiliate link company?). Regardless, it is nice to see some new photos of kagney at least..

I think it all evened out, the period from 2011 to mid 2012 was crazy from her
