| Duckboy Peters New Member 4 Posts 11/03 |  Posted - Dec 22 2003 : 8:04AMI hope someone has better knowledge on this than I do, but I have tried to use excalibur and got on their hitflix program to receive three movies out at a time. Their website says that after the first mailing that all the other sends will be individual. However, it has now been 2 weeks and they have managed to hold onto my movies until they receive the third one back before they send another one. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem with them, and if they are known for slow service. This leads me to the question, and hopefully some good advice: Does XRendDVD listed on this website have a better customer relationship and do they send their movies out in a timely fashion, then when received go ahead and ship that day the movies in queue? I realize I can go to the website and I have already done that to see the testimonials etc..., but I figured that getting some advice here from the real people that know what they are doing would be helpful. I would highly recommend them. Back when Excalibur was one of the few options out there, I used to use them, but once I found Xrent, Excalibur almost became a joke--and waste of time.
