Jessica Drake was making a personal appearance in Hialeah, while Kristina Rose & Alexis Texas were appearing in Orlando on the same night at the same time. Hialeah is a mere thirty minutes from my house, Orlando is a 3 hour drive (each way.) Since I'd never met Kristina Rose and the fact that Alexis would be there too, I decided to make the long drive to Orlando. With all due respect to Ms. Drake, I definitely made the right decision. Despite arriving in Orlando right smack in the middle of rush hour traffic, I was able to make it to Fairvilla Megastore right before the 7pm start time.  This carboard display welcomed the attendees. I walked around a little to let the line die down. Unfotunately, it never did so I took plunge around 8pm and got in line.  There was a wide diversity of fans waiting in line but this guy took the cake. Nothing like a nearly nude man in booty shorts & socks drinking free samples of Bud Light Golden Wheat.  Finally, after nearly an hour of waiting in a crowded, cramped waiting area in a store where only one of the two A/C units was working, I made to the front and was rewarded with this lovely sight.  The always wonderful Alexis Texas and the human powderkeg known as Kristina Rose. I gave them the hats they're wearing, which they absolutely loved! They were awesome. I picked up copies of POTY 2010 & Buttwoman Returns, which they signed, and they gave me a couple free posters.   Here they are hard at work, autographing the posters.  Plus they both signed nearly two dozen DVD covers and magazines I brought with me. In fact, as they were signing, a guy waiting in line behind me made sarcastic remark about how much stuff I had. Alexis was quick to set him straight, telling the guy, "That's right he's got a lot of covers. That's 'cuz he buys all our movies... he supports us, because he's a REAL fan!" Here's a few of the items I brought with me.   Kristina loved that centerfold spread in the ADE catalog; she took a photo of it with her I-Phone. Alexis is just as terrific as I remembered her from Exxxotica Miami last year. I congratulated her on her engagement and she said that she & Mr. Pete will be getting married later this year. I told her I'd see her again this year. As for Kristina Rose, well there really are no words accurate enough to describe her. A human firecracker is the best I can come up with. An energetic, almost explosive personality that radiates a magnitism that just draws you to her. She flat-out loves interacting with her fans and truly does love & appreciate them. Even after autographing nearly two dozen items for me, when I told her I drove over 200 miles to come see her & Alexis, she said she wished she could do something more for me. I told her she had all ready done far more than I could have hoped for. I asked her if there was any chance of her coming to Exxxotica Miami this May. She said she has not been booked for the show and doesn't think she will be appearing. So, if anyone on this board, perhaps MONSTAR or SHYLOCK, can aid in making this dream a reality, you would have my eternal gratitude. Miami needs Kristina Rose! In closing, I simply say that if any one here has the opportunity to meet either of the two amazing ladies, GO!! Even if you have to to drive over 6 hours & 430 miles in single day like did, I promise you it is worth it. [Link] |

Please believe me when I say I try to make it as fast of a transaction as I can, when someone else is waiting. At the New Jersey show, when you were stuck behind me for Sunny Lane, I told to her that I needed to get going because I was holding up the line. She replied, "They can wait." If the girl wants to take her time, there isn't much I can do about it. All the stuff I bring is part of my collection, which in the last ten years has become surprisingly substantial. With each girl I see, the "Needs to be Autographed" list gets significantly smaller. I also don't expect the girls to sign everything, but I bring it all with me just in case. So far, they've all been extremely accomodating. That's why I always give them rave reviews in my reports because they go above and beyond the call of duty. I always ask them if they mind signing more stuff, I don't just walk up and dump of pile of crap in front of them. Another reason I bring so much is because of how rarely I get to see the girls. One convention every six months is not that often and you never know if you'll get to see that girl again. Like I said in the original post, Kristina Rose isn't booked for this year's Exxxotica Miami, so who knows when I'll get to see her again. Another good example is Hanna Hilton and Mikayla Mendez. I missed them at Exxxotica Miami last year and now they're gone from the businss. I'm merely striking while the iron is hot and trying to make the most of every opportunity I get when I meet a girl. All three of them, along with Charley Chase, Audrey Bitoni and a handful of other girls, were in Fort Lauderdale for the weekend for the IVD convention. IVD is the International Video Distributors, a group of distributors who basically act as the middle man between the studios and the retail stores. The convention was an industry-only event that was not open to the public. Check both Kristina's and Jessica's Twitter feeds from the last couple of days and you can see some photos they posted from the event. [Link] |
