Yeah, I really wonder what the district could do about it. They gave them permission to film in the first place. Although if it was under false pretenses as the school claimed, it might be actionable in some way.

Yeah, I get that. But if AMKingdom wasn't up front with them about what they were shooting for, the school district might have a case against them. That claim though could very well be the school trying to cover their own asses though because they just didn't do their due diligence before allowing them to shoot.

^ My first assumption was that they're just saying that to cover their asses. I doubt they approved a shoot that was openly part of a porn flick, but I imagine there was little discussion of the genre--not lying outright, but not divulging any information that wasn't specifically requested.
