IMO, surgery to trim excess labia is an unnecessary mutilation, just like de-clawing a cat. I love inner labia that "noticeably protrudes beyond the fat outer labia". Is there something inherently wrong with different labia? How about eye color? Different noses? Short people? If it was an operation to make them bigger than they're supposed to be or to slice them open and put stuff inside them so the stand out like an inflatable butterfly, I'd probably have a problem with it. And actually, I do have a preference for girls with a certain ear shape. So it isn't ridiculous to say that people have preferences. I probably wouldn't want to know the girl had ear surgery just to make them look more pleasing but that's the thing. I don't think about labia reduction.
