There really isn't much else out there being produced as far as lactation and pregnant titles besides what has been mentioned above by John Pype. Mother Productions (now Starr Productions starrproductions.net) has produced some pregnant/lactation vids in the series "Pregnant Ladies" (some lesbian but mostly boy-girl), "Milking the Cock" (all boy-girl) and "Lactating Girls" (mostly girl-girl) -- also the standalone title "Milk Maids" which is solo and girl-girl. The "Pregnant Ladies" series is often quite soft core in a lot of their scenes with the girls just showing off their bodies and talking about them but there is the odd girl-girl or boy-girl scene. The "Lactating Girls" is a fairly old series with the last being #8 produced in 2002 and it is solo and girl-girl for the most part I think. Not always the best-looking female talent in these series but the video quality is good.

You're right in that there are definitely a lot more girls that could be making these movies but don't. I know Bella Donna was recently pregnant in a few of her movies, and she will be doing a little lactating in her upcoming titles. Also another of my favs is Ryan Conner. To me she's incredibly hot and often lactates in her movies. Of course, one of the all time legends, Asia Carrera just had a baby and I'd love to see her show her milk.
