Generally speaking, it's a real challenge to find a natural redhead in the industry who can perform at the 'Angela White' level that is expected of them. Redheads are expected to be erotic, sexual dynamite with an insatiable hunger that leaves mortal men exhausted and male talent needing a gallon of water with a 20 minute break. I think your confuting the two things. No one is saying that she isn't good looking(of course she is) but it's a moot point when it comes to her getting a lot of job offers. Producers have gotten burned too many times in the past to be willing to give a job to someone that will cost them money if she doesn't show up or shows up unprepared. There is a reason why kill fees exist and it's beyond difficult to get money from a self-booking performer who doesn't show up to her shoot. I can't help but point out that if somehow the producer cancels the shoot then he /she probably has to also pay a kill fee to the performer but is that likely to happen if she is self-booking VS being represented?
I guess anyone can have last minute medical issues on a day, which might cause them to not turn up for a job and if you're self-booking then you may not have the money to pay kill fees, but the crew still need to make a living if the performers don't show up. It's more complicated than I knew.
So presumably some performers may choose to work for smaller production companies who maybe can handle a no show or reschedule without needing kill fees or just start shooting their own content for only fans.

I was talking about visibility - normally the story is you arrive in the industry with a bang and you get lost in the shuffle. There are no shortage of people whom you would envision being veterans and heavyweights in the industry when they make waves for the first year and half. Somehow, most end up losing momentum either because they lack the hunger or the ambition or the ability to reach a level of excellence that resonates. Lacy Lennon hit that level and that's impressive given how many others barely break even or disappear outright. I wasn't throwing in the Angela reference on the basis of everything else as she is in a class by herself. But if you can hold your own, if you can hit those higher tiers - you are far from a slouch. Plenty of examples of this in action from Whitney Wright to Gianna Dior among others. I feel like generally there are a few ways to get noticed: productivity as in volume of scenes, physically demanding scenes like a triple anal or triple vag and performance where something about your performances has acclaimed directors and other talent knocking at your door wanting to see what erotic magic they can create with you. Axel Braun is one of those tiers because much like Lansky, he gets praised by both talent and studios/directors alike.

If you go on IAFD - Lauren is listed Brown/Red although nice try and same with Sophie Dee. When I talk about being a redhead, we're talking NO HAIR DYE - where the carpet matches the drapes. If she wants a certain amount of money, or say on how the scene is filmed or who she performs it with, then that is her right. ^What came across as rudeness is the unfortunate manifestation of frustration after being led along for years. I'm not sure how I missed the Nympho.com scene when it first came out, but after having recently watched it I honestly believed her first anal scene was imminent because not five minutes into it, she can be heard cooing, "Oh, yes! It is obvious perception is 90% of reality in this case. "Give it up" could've been meant to indicate giving up the art of the anal tease (which I am NOT into) just as much as giving up the anal cherry. I do appreciate your defense of Lacy 'though it is hopeful you understand not every review has to be a positive one. Just as your perception of rudeness does not sit well with you, assumptions and the discrediting of a fan's opinion does not with me.
