In a different thread we were discussing the Peach series of softcore. I was wondering if anyone could recommend some hardcore POV scenes that take place in a VIP lounge area and move from a private lapdance to full hardcore sex? This seems like a great overall "every guy can relate" premise, but for all the POV porn I own, I don't think I've ever seen it. I've seen the VIP lapdance/lounge scenario played out a dozen or more times, but never in POV fashion.

I would think a POV lapdance would be unwatchable because there is nothing to see. Everything is too close. The view is obstructed or otherwise bad. Maybe that is why such a scene is hard to find.

I'm not a POV fan, but it's impossible to avoid because it pops up in many DVD's which are not promoted as POV titles. I've seen mostly Rodney Moore POV action. There are only certain positions that actually look OK, where the camera can catch what's happening. Basically if the guy's position is "flat" and the girl maneuvers to accomodate him, then POV works. But if the guy is sitting (bent at waist = not flat) then POV does not work. My concept of a lapdance has the guy sitting. The camera cannot catch a good view. But again I'm not a POV fan so my expectations for an acceptable scene may be unfairly high.

Actually, your point is valid if it's a one-man POV shoot. But a lot of POV involves the use of a third cameraman who can still get a POV shot but has more latitude for angles and such.
I've seen POV shots where the girl is doing a little lapdance. The Strip Tease then Fuck series has this quite a bit. The girl will get reverse cowgirl on the guys lap and it's a POV shot but obviously taken a bit behind the stunt dicks' shoulder by a third party. Still works, however.
Again, my point is that the angles are doable, but I've yet to see a POV DVD with a VIP room/strip club/lapdancing theme. Just seems odd to me that one doesn't exist. I doubt it's a lack of doable camera angles and the subject matter just seems like such a natural fit for POV. Just get the shot out of the bedroom and into a lounge set of sorts and you are there.
