Hi guys,

I want to put in a large order with AdultDVDToday to make use of their $25 off coupon and Kickback (10 DVDs!).

What are they like with customs? (ie do they ship each DVD separately to the UK).

Hello,

i never ordered from them 10 DVD's but 5. I received all together with USPS in a letter envelope, so probably they are shipping all at once.

They can ship up to 15 DVDs, with artwork and no boxes, together in a USPS Global Priority envelope. It is usually quick, discreet and reliable, though I did have to drop them a line about the customs valuation - I have been charged once.

Gabriel, is there a comments section on the order page or did you have to email them after your order was placed?

I'm also new to KickBacks. I have all my movies in my "Comparison Cart" but when I click "Buy thru Kickback" no items are transfered to AdultDVDToday. Does it matter? Can I add them again manually and still get my kickback points?

They are very helpful. I always ask them to split the shipments to envelopes of max. 5 DVDs. The rate for them is the same actually. They are very fast as well (about a week to arrive). The customs declaration is CD/Photo USD10,-.

You can easily transfer every single item separately through Kickbacks. When transferring the complete shopping cart I always get an error but I still see the transferred card if I manually go to the homepage of AdultDVDToday.com. You must be logged in there with your username first though.

I have ordered many times from them already and I can only praise them. They are cheap, reliable, fast and offer excellent customer service.

Sorry about the problem with the transfer of DVDs through kickbacks we have found the problem and everything has been fixed. Please let me know if there is any other problem you run into with transferring through kickbacks.

Zed, I had to email them after I received the goods.

I should say that AdultDVDToday are actually very helpful in accomodating requests to put a customs-friendly value on the goods - it was simply the low value they put on the sticker wasn't quite low enough!

After placing the order I sent a request reguarding spliting the order and customs dec, as per advice!
