Barbano said it was being released in France, but I'm not sure about US distribution yet. It's very frustrating that Zentropa's two straight pornos haven't been released here either. If anyone has seen HMCB please post your thoughts, I'm curious if it lives up to the hype.

I have seen both Constance and Pink Prison . They are as close to mainstream cinema as RLD style gonzo and they are as close to Lars von Trier and Dogma as American football to soccer.
If you are interested in finding them on DVD, they are being distributed in France by Colmax. Of course they have renamed the films. Constance is called Libertine and Pink Prison is La prison des sevices .
p.s. I am not sure that direct linking to the pages ion the Colmax boutique actually works. It hasn't in the past.
Edited: Hurrah, the links work. Also, remember that at least Constance has two versions.

I thought Wicked was involved and is mentioned as publisher on some retail sites. Also Colmax as Walter pointed out and Tabu Entertainment, Maxs, and some others. Check the distributor's list.
As for retailers, some dutch ones could be found through kelkoo.nl. Enjoy.nl has them. Orgazmik.com carries it also, only french and german versions.
Flash, although it was quite awile ago, I think Pink Prison was spoken in English (original soundtrack). Constance was in Dannish, but there wasn't much dialog there, only background narration (chick was reading her diary). Don't remember about subtitles, but you can safely guess that german and french releases are most likely dubbed.
BTW, both movies are kind of so-so. Don't know what Walter is complaining about, they were IIRC never really advertised as DOGME movies, although connection with Von Trier may suggest that. I liked constance more because it least had some pretty images. Pink Prison was kind of crap, overall. Too soft and too silly... All of them are 100% condomized which helped fantasy theme A LOT. LOL!
Yeah, just to be clear, HMCB (and the other movies) are NOT directed by von Trier or shot 'dogme-style'. I wish
Directed by Knud Vesterskov, HotMen CoolBoyz is from HotMale, a sub-department of Zentropa's Puzzy Power, which together formed their new adult line Innocent Pictures.

They weren't? Ever read "Hot Video"?

Much as I pains me, I'm going to have to agree with Walter. The fact that Hot Men Cool Boyz isn't very good is nothing to get upset about, but the (at least implied) promise that the film will be as well crafted and watchable as Breaking the Wave et al is deceptive marketing and hypery at its finest.
Based on the clips on their website, H.M.C.B. offers the worse in experimental student filmmaking and porn (a particularly deadly combination.) There's nothing revolutionary about it all.
Never mind what Hot Video didn't Look at the image that DumbBlonde posted. It says "A Lars von Trier Production". But when you dig a little deeper, it turns out he had virtually nothing to do with the film, except for marketing it.
