Combined with lower shipping costs they are certainly worth considering. I like the fact that you can download their whole inventory as a text list and then sift through it at my leisure. If you are looking for speed then ADN are still hard to beat because of their shipping method but their prices are higher. [Link]

E-mails today ststed that some of the titles had SHIPPED and some were on BACK ORDER. However we are placing re-orders daily and hope to have re-stock within days. Also, we are considering extending the special through September (good news I hope) and will make some sort of decision next week on this. However should the sale end, I would advise you to send us an email with your order number so we can advise you of how your order will be handled. The current policy would revert back to normal shipping pricing, but like I said we are "strongly" considering extending the special as it has been our best promotion for adult product. Clubber Member 186 Posts 4/01	Posted - Aug 23 2001 : 2:53PM Marc-The Laser's Edge - Its fantastic to see that your doing this promotion as UK buyers tend to have to pay unbelievable shipping costs (dvdadvantage-$30 for 1 dvd :( ), however if a customer has brought a DVD with the reduced shipping cost then you cant legally charge them a higher amount. The customer has only given you permision to take the amount that was in their shopping basket, to take a higher amount from their account must be considered fraud. What are the chances of getting this offer to run through september ?, and what are your normal shipping costs to the UK ?. [Link]

We should have something definate early next week. Our standard Air Mail charges to the UK are $4.00 for the first disc and $2.00 for each addition or we offer DHL EXPRESS 1-5 DVDs for a flat charge of $20.00. We will definately be honoring the sale through the end of the month and at that time (if we do not extend the special) we will offer customers the option of cancelling or paying the more expensive charge for shipping but like I said this sale will probably be extended. Answer: No, if you do not change the shipping address we will use the one we have on file from your previous orders. The only time you need to fill out shipping details is if they have changed. " Answer: Yes, I just found out about this Friday and haven't had the chance to change prices. There looks be around 26 titles available from them. Initially the pricing will be $12.95 each (while supplies last) and then the price will level out at $14.95. It seems that Private is unloading the stock on hand at a lower wholesale and then the wholesale will raise up a couple of dollars. Look for the price changes on our site later today. Clubber Marc @ The Laser's Edge here...We have experienced some delivery delays due to the recent tragic events here in the states. We have been made aware that packages sent between August 20th and the Sept 14th were detained in customs throughout the world due to the grounding of US planes. We have been told that the detained packages should be delivered in the next week or so. Should they not arrive please contact me at orders@lasersedge.com with your order number and I will see what further action I can take. Also, in regards to your large order question...We have had no problems with large shipments. I would recommend however that you consider DHL EXPRESS for larger shipments (6 or more pcs). Therefore they have to backorder it and logically it affects the delivery time (or rather the time between the moment you order and the moment you get the stuff). I've ordered many times from them, really offbeat DVDs (both adult and non adult) and they always came through in the end, I don't mind the wait as the price (and postage costs) is right and had I ordered elsewhere the others wouldn't have had it in stock either anyway... I recommend Lasers Edge highly. [Link]
