Anybody ever have an order from them go missing? I sent a dvd back to exchange it - they got it and sent me an email saying they'd sent the replacement, but I haven't gotten it and it's been over 2 weeks. The thing is I don't have a receipt and I don't think I saved the email they sent me. I haven't contacted them yet. I'm just curious if anyone has had a similar experience with them before and if it was a hassle to take care of it. Or if you have any suggestions on what I should do that would be good too. I've never had any problems with them and I consider them a good company to deal with. Seems like a couple of things sent to me in the mail have gone AWOL since all of these damn crazy storms have blown through.

Hi Crestwood, I've been a regular customer of Laser's Edge for a while now and I've never encountered any similar problems. If they in fact did send you a replacement title and you still haven't recieved it, there is always a chance it could have got lost in the mail. The only way to know for sure is if they shipped it using delivery confirmation as that would show a record of its progress thru the mail system. I think you really should contact them either thru email or call them at 1-800-344-0307 and explain your situation. They have great customer service and I'm sure they will help you resolve this problem as soon as possible. Best of luck!

I did an order with them "Euphoria", and it's missing.
I believe it's because of custom. :(

Since I was using Airmail for that order I can't
complaint about that. :(
