Are lasers Edge extending/or considering extending their $1.99 international shipping into the New Year or does it stop at the end of the year and revert back to the higher shipping price? If it does stop at the end of the year it should be noted to international customers that discs that you order from Lasers Edge will only be eligible for the cheap shipping if they your order is shipped before the end of the year (according to their website). We have since started using a new Air Mail service that seems to be faster. We have been getting packages to the UK in 5 business days (7 days) consistently for the past few weeks. I hope to have an answer on the shipping special in the next week or so. I will post here once I find out the details. If the special was to end we would notify customers of the shipping price change as their shipments become available. We have also toyed with the idea of flagging all those orders placed prior to the end of the sale and honoring the lower shipping price until backorders are shipped, cancelled or a set additional time period expires (probably around 60 to 90 days). The best way to keep the sale going is to ORDER. Thanks for your support and business. If anyone has ordered recently (past 3 weeks), I would be curious to know the delivery times on your packages. | Flinty Member uk 164 Posts 5/00 | Posted - Jan 2 2002 : 1:52PM I used to order from AdultDVDNow and was always pleased witht their service (they used to ship dvds in those global priority envelopes and not one was nabbed customs although I think their shipping range has expanded and it has been a few months since I ordered from them as I feel LasersEdge is more competitive at the moment!). I would highly recommend LasersEdge. I have ordered 7 times from them now and placed another order just before New Year with them. Their latest 'cheap' air mail deliveries take a little longer than ADN (2 weeks approx) but dvds arrive in a brown well packaged cardboard box (DVD size). You do not need to specify special packaging. DVDs arrive in their original box with artwork included and pass through customs with no problems. LasersEdge may not have as much stock as ADN but at their ultra low shipping price and competitively priced dvds I think it is a bargain. If you like try ordering just one or two dvds at first to see what they are like if you are unsure of their service and order more when your confidence in the company increases and I would say this for any other dvd companies you are unsure of.
