| Stuart P Member  Hertfordshire, UK 8 Posts 7/05 |  Posted - Oct 9 2006 : 9:39AMhi all i'm about to place an order with lasersedge but before doing so wonder if i can get an answer here about shipping to the uk i have ordered from companies other than lasersedge before...some put the actual value of the items inside the packet on the customs form, and some don't. those that don't ordinarilly put something like us$10 even though i have ordered us$75 worth...those packets get thru customs fine!! whereas, some put the actual value & so can be real hit n miss whether those orders get thru. do lasersedge put the actual value? This way you are absolutely safe, since no invoice and receipt is found, customs have to take the declared value (from the green sticker) as the value of merchandise. [Link] |
