Not anymore after Laseredge changed their shipping service. All my orders arrive now in two weeks, sometimes 15 days but not more. Didn't the UK have some kind of custom problems? I think the problem is your customs, not Laseredge.

I recently had one order take 10 days in the UK postal system after passing customs so don't despair - it took over 3 weeks in total. You could maybe check with your local delivery office in case they couldn't deliver the package for some reason and contact Laser's Edge.

Well, nearly a month is too long for a LE package, I'd agree. I've just received one that was sent on the 22nd, so that was 11 days.

I have a feeling it is just random - I bet packages get to the UK fairly quickly then sit in a backlog of customs before getting back into the Royal Mail and onto you.

It's not the fault of LE, and unfortunately there's not much us punters can really do about it either, short of using a more expensive couriered delivery service.

Of course! I can't guarantee anything, but if your package has gone missing, they will at least be interested - from my experience, they'll do something to help. Just write a polite message to let them know what's happened and request some assistance.

Marc from Laser's Edge often posts here and I'm sure they are keen to ensure customer satisfaction, no matter the shipping method.

alls well that ends well. thanks for keeping us informed.

Thats bad the fact its been in teh UK all this time just sitting around. People always say that its stupid the way a package gets from USA to here in a matter of hours but weeks to get from the UK sorting office to wherever in the country you live. Its pathetic.

Snowden, I heartily concur with what you're saying (this can happen with courier stuff too, though not as bad).

To give you another example of this great British reliability, I got a Laser's Edge package yesterday, the 9th of June, which was stamped by Customs on the 15th of May, along with another package, Customs stamped the 6th of June!!!
